Where Do the Opportunities Come From?
We continuously surface publicly available government tenders and commercial opportunities from across Canada and normalize them into one searchable catalog. Businesses can also post their own commercial RFPs directly to the network. Your matched feed is scored against everything in that catalog every morning.
Who Can Join — Is Everyone Verified?
Verified businesses only. Every account goes through business verification right after signup — a business registration number plus one supporting proof document — so buyers and members are dealing with real, vetted companies.
Do I Still Submit Under My Own Company?
Yes. Proposals are drafted and priced in your own private workspace, then submitted under your company — by email or straight into the buyer's portal. Your name, your signature, your bid. BidPros is never a party to the contract.
How Is a Win Verified Before the 5% Applies?
A verified win means two things together: a public award notice showing the contract went to your business, and your own confirmation of the award value. Only then does the 5% apply, and only on work you found through BidPros. Submitting a bid never triggers a fee.
How Does the Pricing on a Draft Proposal Work?
When a tender states its own quantities, we extract them and price them against your saved crew and equipment rates. When it does not, we fall back to a crew-day estimate. Pricing covers crew and equipment time only — materials are excluded, and every priced surface says so. Every number is yours to review and change before you submit.
